Debris coming from vents, found one detached, reattached and secured, found 2 other runs with holes in them, patched those. If problem persists we need to look at replacing the runs
Inspected drain pan, got measurements, need to get with Pete and Trout and see if we can come up with a drain pan solution
Breaker was tripped. Could be in homeowners best interest to add an ssu box to the exposed junction outside. I also put a lb of r-22 in system. Upon arrival had 40 degrees of superheat. Tenant has said they generally have to top it off now and again
Return and charge unit check pressures Could not find leak. Added leak seal and 4.5 lbs of 421A. Customer will call and pay from Nebraska
AC not cooling. Needs Freon. Unit is charged with 421A which I do not keep on van, pressurized unit flat out of refrigerant with nitrogen to 300 psi did not isolate leak, we can check later if it’s still got pressure. Customer and I even crawled underneath trailer and could not find see or hear anything
Sealed up broken drain pan as best I could with glue, silicone, and a patch. Should work, Bill will keep me updated
