Furnace Repair Complaint: No Heat, Furnace motor has a grinding noise Cause of the issue was a warped inducer motor. Inducer assembly need replaced when possible. 3-16-23 Replaced inducer assembly and verified operation of system. Furnace is heating at this time and checked out air conditioner as requested. AC is cooling well, temp drop is acceptable. Capacitor wasn’t just changed last year and it is still working fine. Outdoor coil could use a thorough cleaning and filter needs changed ASAP due to being dirty and causing system to run less efficiently.
