Complaint: No Heat furnace not lighting. System failed to start on first attempt but then would start every time for the next 10 tries. Based on tests, cause of the issue is 1 of 3 options. 1.Air in the gas line. 2.Control board not sending voltage to gas valve. 3.Gas valve not opening when receiving voltage. All connections going from control board to gas valve are secure. Would recommend monitoring system for any changes in operation or until system fails again. System is operating normally at this time. 2/16/2023 waited a month, never heard back so assume its been working fine
