Thank you Brian for making the service call to my house the other day,I am a new customer to Hart Home and as you know I was not happy to hear there was no oil in the tank and hope that the scheduling does not allow this to happen in the future . Regardless of this , you were great and I appreciate your attention and professionalism in fixing the problem , and getting everything up and working again .. and for the coordinating the additional oil delivery !! I am truly sorry you had this experience. The colder than normal temperatures made it difficult for our software to predict accurate deliveries. We are working on a mass update to correct the problem, and have made an individual adjustment to your account as well. Best, Jacqueline Hart
