I was Don first service call this morning due to no heat, Don serviced the burner, checked to see how much oil was in the tank. (Just got a delivery yesterday). He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure the burner was working. I would like him to kept servicing my burner. He was VERY professional!!! I just annoyed that I have been calling to get my burner serviced since September ( was told I was on a waiting list). Finally I was scheduled for next Monday. It took waking up to no heat with the temp. outside in the teens to get my burner serviced. I was not happy with this.
Tech installed a new pressure reducing valve, and told me my hw coil failed when the system was pressurized. Quoted $1900 to replace the coil. I found that the new valve was installed in the ‘fast fill’ position which kept tripping the relief valve. Mistakes happen. Good guy, customer service was quick and friendly.
