Reason for service was because tank was over filled and leaking from the gauge on top of tank so some oil had to be removed. Not happy about that.

The installation technician was neat, clean, polite, jovial, and informative. He not only installed the new water heater but in doing so he preserved the work area as well as the area that he used to access the boiler /water heater area keeping it clean. When he completed the installation, he cleaned up after himself and all moved items were returned to their original place and left.
