John arrived on time and phoned to say he was on the way. Luckily I didn't have any issues with my new-ish oil burner, since it hadn't been serviced in a few years. Even though I have a yearly service contract, the maintenance isn't done unless you call and ask for service. All in all I am satisfied with my experience with Hart

service appointment was not within year of previous service. Had to wait until March when service would preferably been done in period before heating season. Person who serviced boiler was courteous, within time window on date of service, clean and knowledgable.

Angel the service man was great. Always good service from him. I am NOT happy with the company charging me $260.00 for a part that is sold for $52.00. (Much cheaper when bought in quantity). The $300.00 to install the part (and that's after a service agreement discount of $61.00) Annual service agreement is for complete labor, not a discount. Additionally, as a person very well knowledgeable of boiler repair, the whole job should NOT have been over $125.00. This is an absolutely ridiculous price gouging from Hart. After over 30 year as a customer, I am NOT HAPPY.

We charge a very fair and competitive rate which enables us to pay our union employees the wages needed to keep them so they can be available to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Purchasing a part at the cheapest spot online is always an option for you, however, it wouldn’t include any sort of labor or warranty. Once again it was Brad Brody to the rescue. The boiler stopped running and at 29 degrees we needed help fast. Response to our call to Hart Home was immediate. Brad replaced the motor which was in an awkward spot in the basement. We greatly appreciate his workmanship and the willingness to see the job done well!
