A tune up and troubleshooting that did not fix our problem cost almost $1k. The tech was fine and very courteous. He replaced the thermostat on our hot water heater to fix an issue with the burner not responding to the thermo signal. The part costs about $110 online but we were charged over $300!! We have buyer remorse now since this did not even fix the problem. We were Hart customers for years and always trusted the service, but this left us with a bad taste. We still have a problem and are reluctant to call Hart back to fix this problem as it may rack up wasteful costs. Additionally, we now hear a rattle on the burner after the tune up - something may have not been secured when closing up the burner after the inspection. Not sure what our next move is but we do kotnfeel like the. $1k in charges was worth it - absolutely no value..
