Just a follow-up note to Frank, Thermostat is still finicky. Worked fine the rest of Monday. Then sometimes it's good immediately. Other times turning the dial doesn't do anything right away, but as I'm trying to decide about reporting it, suddenly hear the heat come on. For now, I'm not interested in another service call. Would call Jacquie, if it becomes more of a problem. Hope you have a chance to get the cookies over to the office. THX
