We have had a contract with Hart Home Comfort for many years. When we need service, they come as mentioned and are very professional and knowledgeable. They have long time employees, and it is nice to deal with a service technician that you are familiar with.

What Hart does is Bait and Switch. All they care about is sign you up for their service plan. Service be damned. NB: it’s not the repair man’s fault.

Brian, made a call for the annual service call for the oil burner at AC. was extremely thorough and checking the AC in the attic and outside. While servicing the oil burner, he noticed a little leak in the bottom of the oil tank and immediately brought it to my attention. He also shared it With the office and made some measurements about taking the tank indoors or outside. Throughout the whole process, he shared his observations with me and I which I very much appreciated. I could not thank him enough for his thoroughness . Over the years I have had excellent experiences with Hart Home Comfort 👌

He was a pleasure after waiting all day for someone to come. He explained the delay and apologized for any inconvenience.. He was a nice enough guy it immediately diffused my anger for waiting in the house all day! He fixed the heat and enjoyed doing his job. I never do surveys but he was exceptional and not many people are anymore.

Brad was extremely helpful. I had tissue with a large bees nest. He was unable to do the annual tune up because of the bees. He helped me connect Arrow. They came shortly and removed the nest.He definitely went above and beyond.

Service man arrived within four hours of call. Clean cut, polite, very presentable technician went right to the problem. He had the part on the truck and fixed my oil burner immediately. He cleaned the floor with an oil absorbent white powder when he was done. This is the type of service experience that creates customers for life for a company. I only wish that I had asked his name so I could mention it here.
