Frank is the best service man I have had the fortunate pleasure to meet. He is very knowledgeable about the system he services and always fixes every issue with professionalism and expertise. He came to my house at midnight to fix a problem with my heating system when it would not turn off. He traveled one hour to solve my problem. Who does that but a dedicated and professional technician.

upom arrival john asked usual questions.proceeded to check/verify thermostat and aquastat to ensure that wasnt issue with no circulator pump not working.pump was shot.there was limited access to pump against wall and several other lines limiting access.yet he gained access to housing bolts carefully.as he said if its manhandled there could be a leak and it has to be done carefully.pump installed no leaks,works well.now have heat on 2 floor.

Original window was 10-2. I had left my cell # as contact. They confirmed with my wife's cell # previous day. Got there at 9:30 and called and left my cell # again as contact. At 2 no service, I called and was told they hadn't gotten part and new window was 2-6. At 5 I called again to see if they were coming and was told repairman was just picking up part. Finally came at 6. Spent 9 hours sitting in a freezing house for no reason. This is my dads house which is 35 miles from my house. I informed your guy Kevin when I set up appointment. NO calls to alert me that time had changed or they weren't picking up part until 7 hours after the original appointment. Very disappointed, and lost a full day of work because of incompetence and unprofessional performance.
