Martin was very professional, he stepped through a few diagnostic steps to isolate issue of a clogged nozzle. What I found irritating was the service repair number was not available to me once I did not have the correct phone number and it was not listed on the fuel ordering website. Fortunately my heat was not a issue just hot water I left a couple of messages on phone but was instructed that the phone call would be returned on the next business day, since this occurred over the weekend I was left out of luck. My suggestion is to make the main number available on all contact points.

Tom notified me that he was on his way. He ascertained the problem. He replaced the part and checked to see that it was working before he left. Tom was professional, polite and quick.
The tech (Marvin) was professional and easy to talk to. He called about 15 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Thanks Hart for continuing to have good employees
Donald came to replace a broken thermostat. He checked the boiler and proceeded to replace the thermostat. He had difficulty getting it to work properly and had to call for assistance. He was so apologetic and felt terrible that he could not get it to work. Eventually they realized it was the wrong part. Again Donald felt so bad that he didn't have the right thermostat and I would have to wait for another repairman to come. He did his utmost to remedy my problem and I greatly appreciated his efforts. He was professional, efficient and very nice. With a team effort, the thermostat was replaced by John and I was nice and warm again.
John and Donald came to replace a broken thermostat. Donald arrived first and worked feverishly to help me quickly, professionally and efficiently. He unfortunately did not have the right part and John came later with the correct thermostat. John checked to make sure everything with the boiler was working correctly and then replaced the broken item. John was also proficient, profesional, pleasant and very capable. He replaced it and checked to see that it was working properly before he left. They were both excellent.

I called past midnight with my problem and Frank called me within 10 minutes. He was wonderful. He tried to fix the problem that evening but I needed a repairman visit. The next day I received a call at 7:30 am to notify me that a repairman would be at my home within an hour. It was by the repairman himself. He was courteous, knowledgeable, proficient and explained everything he did thoroughly. I am very pleased with the service .
Don't send this last guy back to me. It was a hot day & he was uncomfortable working in my hot basement. Because you use bio-heat the furnace does not get dirty so while I watched him it was not necessary to vacuum the inside of the boiler. He never did the chimney or the pipe leading up to it. He did not use the meter to check the efficiency at the stack. He did wash the low water cut off glass but I did not see him use a wire to make sure that the float would not hang up due to rust nor dump water out of the bottom of furnace to get rid of built up rust. I am not sure He changed the nozzle or just cleaned the old one.& I am not sure he changed the tank filter. I did not have any odor of oil after he left. I was in & out of the basement so I was not with him all the time. I just hope that there are no problems this winter while I am away & need to call you for emergency repair. Usually you are excellent in your work which is why I have stayed with you all these years but not this time.

Service person called before coming, was prompt, courteous, neat and professional.
