The gentleman was very friendly. He explained what the problem was. He made sure that the heat was coming up and the room was warm before he left. GREAT SERVICE.

Mr. Lopez called prior to his visit and arrived on time. He accessed the situation and provided his professional advice and fixed the problem. He also offered his opinion on what caused the problem and told us to call Hart or further assistance.

I have a gas boiler that is just a year and half old. It was installed by Hart. Was working fine until this week when it shut down abruptly. Hart tech guys are working to identify the reason and resolve. The techs Chris and Frank are professionals and will get this fixed! Of course it is frustrating but I am confident that the right solution will be found.
