Brain was great , answered all my questions an did really nice clean work ,,, i don't no why i have a contract with you an i still have too pay for parts ? feeder value is suppose to be covered an i guess i was charged for ,,, my nierbhor has the same contract an said it was covered,,,, not Brians fault he just went by what was there,

Thank you for your review. The service team will reach out to you for a copy of your service plan. The Super Value Plan, which you have, does not cover the water package. However, the Total Comfort Plan does cover the parts.

Hart Home Comfort Service personnel in the field or the office are always polite, friendly and efficient. The company is a joy to deal with. A clear anomaly in todays, minimalist service environment.
While there was a knotty issue over the last few months, everyone who came for service was professional and went out of their way to see to it that the recurring issue was resolved before they left. Ultimately, the "Pro from Dover" was called in and this visit has resolved the issue once and for all. Tom recommended an additional fix that while not critical, was a good idea, and based upon my complete faith in Hart, we went forward.
