The $400 part that was replaced is leaking. Will call next week to have it fixed. In the 35 years I have been living in my house, this is the first time I have had to pay for service. We’ve had Meenan, Park Ave, Petro, Home Energy and never paid a dime for service. Makes me wonder if I should start looking for a different company to supply my heating oil. When is my contact over? Just a quick word to say that your service techs were prompt and friendly and went about their work in a very professional manner. Now, how do I get rid of the smell from the oil leak?

I was charged a fee even though I am under contract. They claimed it was because I had no oil in the tank. I had 10 inches of oil in the tank and I called for an additional 200 gallons. This is the worst service. They are just robbing their customers.
