There is zero excuse for not delivering Fuel prior to running out. I had to stay up until 11:30PM to get service. The house got down to 40 degrees. It would have frozen if I did not come home when I did. I have been with your company for over 35 years and NEVER ran out before.

In October we had a new boiler installed. After installation we had some problems the biggest one being banging in the pipes and radiators. Brian Edwards came and quickly and accurately diagnosed the problems. He repalced a nozzzle on the burner, adjusted the pressure, and most importantly he said that the Hartford Loop should be lowered. After ordering the parts he repiped the Hartford Loop. Problem solved! Brian is very knowlegeable, a skilled technician, and polite. He answered all our questions about the new boiler, and when he left He does an excellent job in cleaning up. We have always found his work to be exceptional. If there were a rating scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest, we would give him a 20!

Service was much better than last time. Response time was great so much better than last time when it took 6 hours for someone to respond. Brian did an excellent job & explained the situation. He is very kind, courteous & friendly.
