I thought Brian did an excellent job! Professional and courteous. The service manager, Robert, on the other hand was condescending, nasty and rude. Really a shame when I have been with the company for close to 10 years and really have never had an issue with any technician who came to my house. Really left a bad impression of the company.

Don got our system running after carefully locating the problem. We are very pleased with his work. I must say however, if this is truly being read, that I was very disappointed with the sharp rise in the cost of the service contract. It was quite a jolt for a long time customer and senior citizen who was not expecting the very large increase and no allowance was made for our many many years as loyal customers. This is why I only gave two stars on tow catefories.
