They did a great job installing the new hot water heater but were not careful about my home. They did not have enough drop cloths and did not ask for any. Accordingly they ruined my carpet and I cannot get it out. Unfortunately it is the main thoroughfare and all will see it. Very disappointed

We had a regular annual cleaning and the young man who did it took 2 hours. He told me someone else would have to fix a leak. We ended up with a new water circulator. Never had a leak before he came. Cost was over $700 and we had no idea our service contract would not cover that. both men were polite and came on time.
