Excellent! Customer service great and service people also. Although I’ve been fortunate not to have repairs done, they always come ASAP. I’m disabled and that’s very good to have.

I can’t speak due to a diagnosis of ALS. I email Jacqueline and she kindly and promptly emails me back. I only had service twice since signing up with Hart but it was prompt and professional. I’m satisfied.
