My family has been a customer of Hart for many years for our heating oil needs and we have never been disappointed. So we were pleased to find that Hart could help with our air conditioning service also. I called and got an appointment right away. Brian, our technician, texted when he was nearby, arrived on time, and got right to work. He was thorough and patient while I asked all sorts of questions, giving me clear and complete answers and making recommendations to help keep things running smoothly. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient and he left me confident that I had made the right decision in calling Hart. We are looking forward to a comfortable summer thanks to Brian and Hart.
