My technician was excellent and went above and beyond during my service call yesterday. His name was Don and just want to say that as a business owner myself, guys like him are an asset to your company. I give him and my overall experience an 11 out of 10.

I called after experiencing a lack of hot water from my indirect heater. It turned out to be the controller, which they replaced and we haven’t had an issue since.
Terrible experience with Michele customer service. Called in October for burner cleaning. Was told by her I needed to be on call only. Called Dec. 7th. Was told I still was on call only and I was not due to be cleaned till End of January. I called October the year before and the only appointment I could get was January. I never had a problem with Home Energy getting an appointment. I don’t understand way it is so difficult getting a cleaning appointment. Michele finally talked to service and I was told they can come the next day. This is terrible customer service.
