The tech shut the main valve coming out of my boiler feeding my circulators and never turned it back on. We did not notice until we ran out of our 100 gallon hot water then realizing we had no heat either. I opened the valve after a few hours

The repairman came on time, figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Can’t ask more than that.
