I had made my service appointment months earlier knowing I would be pressed for time this summer. I had a 8am to Noon appointment time. I had called eary in the day to get a better idea of where I was in the order and was told late morning, absolutely fine. Approximately 12:15 I called angain and was told the service tech would be there shortly. At about 1:05 I recieved a text that the tech was on his way. He arrived approximately 1:20-1:25 and was here until about 2:30. When I mentioned to the tech that I had an earlier appointment he responded that the schedule got messed up. No apology for being late. I had to cancel another appointment because of this. My time is valuable too. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident and appointment times will be honored in the future. Poor first impression!

Brian did a great job. Found the bad relay and fix it right away. My problem is that I had to call twice and wait 28 hours for someone to come and fix the problem.
