I had to call for service on my oil burner that was making a weird noise. It was Sunday late afternoon. Not only did I reach an actual person without waiting, she was courteous and scheduled an appointment for the next day as I requested. The technician arrived earlier than originally scheduled. He diagnosed the problem right away, went to his truck and installed the new motor. This whole visit took maybe a half hour. He was reassuring, polite and respectful of my property. He has my thanks and appreciation!

You have a complete lack of communication. I was out of oil Friday evening and needed an emergency refill to carry over for the 2 days.. You suspended my delivery because of an outstanding balance. You never alerted me about the suspension and compromised my furnis and my health. Your lack of empathy is disturbing, your lack of understanding economic hardship is deplorable. It's obvious your concerns are motivated by corporate greed.

Marwyn diagnosed the boiler issue in minutes. He was impressively professional in his demeanor and thorough.
Don was great ,very knowledgeable and was able to solve our problem quickly. He explained what he did and was very efficient. Highly recommend
Frank showed up as promised and had us up and running with a few gallons of oil. Unfortunately our delivery was missed at the beginning of the month, Which caused our tank to empty even with auto delivery.
