Good Morning, I am sorry you feel this way. Your vent pipe is completely rotted. Replacement was not possible. Delivering to a tank with that pipe is extremely dangerous and puts your home at risk for an oil spill. We are committed to safe deliveries. The service department will reach out to you today.
