You have a complete lack of communication. I was out of oil Friday evening and needed an emergency refill to carry over for the 2 days.. You suspended my delivery because of an outstanding balance. You never alerted me about the suspension and compromised my furnis and my health. Your lack of empathy is disturbing, your lack of understanding economic hardship is deplorable. It's obvious your concerns are motivated by corporate greed.

There are only partial deliveries made due to the credit history on the account. Please call our office and we would be happy to discuss this with you.
