So last Thursday our central AC decides to pass away and the upcoming weekend was going to be and was 103° with high humidity. I was in a panic and called Hart Home who I have a service contract with. Spoke with the manager Mike and he not only sent over somebody at 8:30 AM to check out the problem but he ordered the part that was supposed to take a few days to come in, went to Farmingdale on his own at 9pm and picked it up for me! The very next morning we had our whole unit replaced! I had a leak in the coil and when the cover was taken off there was a half inch of freon iced around my unit in my attic.! You cannot ask for a better customer service! This was beyond exceptional and we are forever grateful because the weekend was beyond brutal. Thank you Hart Home! If you don’t have a service contract with them, you need to get one right away!
