The technician was knowledgeable and I would like to have the same person next season

Annual boiler service on 8/4/23. On 8/5/23 at about 10:00, I discovered that I had no hot water. I then contacted the answering service who took my information and stated that someone would contact me. By the next morning I had not received a call from anyone, so I called back the answering service. A technician did did call back and stated it would be an hour and a half before he arrived. Two days later, no hot water again. Another service call that amounted to a couple of loose screws that hadn’t been tightened on the previous call out.
