Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a section of an Elkay water cooler drinking fountain's drain line in order for it to drain properly. There was a wye running backwards and it was our belief that the previous installer tied it in as a vent line. After removing the drinking fountain and cutting an access hole in the wall, we removed and capped the old drain line, installed the new drain line - connecting it onto the existing drain line with new Fernco and no-hub couplings, and tested for leaks and proper drainage with no issues.
