Pride Plumbing was called out for a sewage odor in the men’s restroom in the warehouse area. We inquired of the customer if any water had gone down the floor drains in both men's and women's restrooms recently and they said no. We checked the floor drains, and they were both indeed dry. So, we poured a bucket of water down each one to fill up their P-traps. We then advised the customer to let us know if the smell goes away, and if not, we could perform a smoke test to determine where the smell was coming from. We provided them a cost estimate to perform the smoke test.
