Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to install new gutter drains and a main gutter drainpipe in the yard. This will require us to 1) dig down and install black PVC piping underground for all corners of the home; 2) trench a ditch from the house to the edge of the woods; 2) install a new black 4-inch PVC sewer drain line (connecting the black PVC piping at all four corners of the home to it) along with proper cleanouts and fittings per code; 3) install tracer wire in the ditch along with the new sewer drain line; 4) connect the gutter downspouts into the new black PVC piping on all four corners of the home; and 5) backfill, tamp, and spread grass seed and straw after the work has been completed.
