Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) dug down in the yard to expose a defective section of a septic tank's terra cotta outside main sewer septic drain line that had been penetrated by roots; 2) replaced that section of sewer line with new 4-inch PVC piping and fittings, connecting onto the existing terra cotta drain piping with a new Fernco coupling; 3) installed a new two-way PVC clean out; 4) tested the new piping for leaks and working order; and 5) backfilled, tamped, and spread grass seed and straw after the work was completed. We also provided a cost estimate to trench a ditch from the septic tank to the building to expose and replace the main outside sewer septic drain line with new PVC piping and fittings along with installing proper cleanouts and fittings per code and sealing the septic tank penetration with concrete.

Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the home. Our inspection determined that the customer's septic tank was full. We called in our septic pumping truck, uncovered the septic tank, and pumped it out.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a Rheem water heater not heating the water. Our inspection found a loose electrical wire. After properly connecting the wire, the unit began heating the water.
Pride Plumbing came out and replaced an aging and leaking Rheem Everkleen 82V40-2 40-gallon electric water heater with a new 40-gallon electric Rheem PROE40-M2-RH95 650265 model. This included removing and disposing of the old water heater; and installing the new water heater, new ball water shut-off valves, new PEX and stainless steel water supply lines to the water heater connectors, a new brass drain valve, wiring up the electrical connections, ensuring that the unit was properly vented, and setting it to its appropriate operating temperature.
Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the home. We used a pressure device at an outside cleanout and cleared a blockage in the main outside sewer septic drain line. We inserted a camera into the drain line and it revealed that the septic tank was full. We provided price quotes to 1) dig a ditch from the house to the septic tank to expose and remove the outside main sewer septic drain line; install a new 4-inch PVC sewer drain line (connecting it to the main drain line under the home) along with proper cleanouts and fittings per code; install tracer wire in the ditch along with the new sewer drain line; and seal the septic tank penetration along with backfilling, tamping, and spreading grass seed and straw after the work has been inspected and approved by the county's Inspection Department; and 2) uncover the home’s septic tank and use our septic tank pumping truck to pump it out.
Pride Plumbing came out and rebuilt, tested, and recertified a leaking Watts LF009M3QT reduced pressure zone (RPZ) backflow. We removed the old check valves #1 and #2 along with the relief valve; installed the new rebuild kit; turned the water back on and checked for leaks. We tested the RPZ assembly and it passed inspection.

Pride Plumbing was called out to inspect two toilets and the septic tank. We did not find any issues with the toilets. We did recommend the customer contact a septic tank company to come and inspect the septic tank and leach fields. We provided a price quote to repipe and replace the drain lines under the house, going to the fixtures in the kitchen, washing machine, and two bathrooms, with PVC and replace the toilets with new Gerber Viper models.
Pride Plumbing came out and reattached a sprayer to a kitchen sink faucet.
Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the home. We used a sewer machine, through the toilet's drain line, to clear a blockage in the main sewer septic drain line.
Pride Plumbing was called out to investigate a sewage smell coming up through the home's air vents. We found that another plumbing company had came out a few days earlier and did some spot repairs on a drain line. Sewage had wet the insulation under the house and was causing the smell. We provided a price quote to spread lime under the house to help reduce the smell.
Pride Plumbing came out and inspected the drains in the bathroom for issues. Our inspection did not find any issues with the drains.
Pride Plumbing was called out for three leaking toilets. The toilets were leaking from the Sloan flush valves which we rebuilt and corrected the issues.
