Pride Plumbing came out and provided cost estimates to replace a leaking 50-gallon electric tabletop water heater with either 1) a new 50-gallon electric model (this would include removing and disposing of the old water heater; installing the new water heater, new ball water shut-off valves, new PEX and stainless steel water supply lines to the water heater's water connections, a new brass drain valve, connecting the unit’s electrical connections, ensuring that the unit was properly vented, and setting it to its appropriate operating temperature); or 2) a new Navien 240A tankless model with a circulation pump (this would include a) removing and disposing of the old water heater along with its venting and gas and water supply lines; and b) installing the new tankless unit along with its service valves, PEX and stainless steel water lines to the unit's water connections, copper gas supply line, gas regulator, exhaust and intake lines, lighting and programming the water heater, and ensuri
