Arrived on site, unit was running at this time and i could hear water churning inside. Upon closer inspection, I found the drain line to be clogged before the p trap and the blower wheel housing is full of water. I showed this to the homeowner and they approved my estimate to address this issue with maintenance. I drained the water from the blower wheel as well as the drain pan. I then cut the drain line to install a blowout valve and proceeded to blowout the drain line both directions and flush with water. I repeated this process about a dozen times until the algae in the coil drain pan was flushed out and the drain line was draining properly. Advised homeowner against turning on the unit as the blower motor was recently wet. Homeowner elected to turn on the unit tonight. Measured 53 degree air coming out of the supply vents. Unit in good working order.
