Upon arrival, I found the thermostat set to off with the fan set to on. Customer stated it wasn’t cooling. I turned the thermostat to cool, and the system came on. It is cooling with 81 return temp and 59 supply temp. I called and spoke with the office about my findings. Customer declined service due to the unit being operational. I instructed the customer to leave it set to cool, if issue returns.
