Arrived on site found thermostat set to 74 while indoor temp was 79 for unit above shelving. Proceeding to the outdoor unit I found the compressor and suction line completely frozen over. At this point i replaced the filters for both units and shut off the frozen unit. I informed the customer that I would not be able to diagnose this unit while it was frozen and would need to return after an hour or two. Upon my return I started up the previously frozen unit and it started up and ran without issue. I measured refrigerant pressures and found them to be within range. I also measured a cold 55 degree supply temperature with a 20 degree split. Unit in good working order upon departure.
