Upon arrival, I found that the fuse was popped again. Upon further investigation, I found that the system was programmed for gas. I corrected it, replaced the fuse, and tested it. I found the blower motor is scrapping really bad. To address this issue, we need to replace the motor, blower wheel, and blower housing. Carrier priced the wheel for me, and they told me the housing is unavailable with no replacement parts. I priced the blower with the wheel, and system replacement. Customer wanted us to call to collect the dispatch in an hour. *** This unit will fail again *** Unit is a 2004 heat pump with the outdoor bypassed to run only cooling.
