-Contactor -Turbo Multi Use Capacitor - 5-2-1 Hard Start Kit Arrived for a 5 system maintenance inspection. Upon arrival I first found water dripping from the ceiling. This water was from a previous unit we had serviced a few weeks ago. I proceeded to install another ball valve and clears the drain line before proceeding forward with the maintenance today. We then proceeded to measure the temperature drops for each individual unit and also test and inspect the electrical components on each condenser unit outside. All 5 of the condensers were extremely dirty with grass and debris build up. This has been causing the outdoor equipment to work harder and pout strain on the electrical components. All five of the capacitors were testing at or below manufacturer limits as well as the contractors. We showed our findings to Karl and e elected to replace them with electrical rebuild kits today, this would exp reduce the amount of stress on the compressors and help on startup. Once replaced w
