I arrived at the location to replace filters. As I was replacing the filters I did notice the condenser coil , evaporator coil and blower motor were extremely matted with debris and dirty. I provided estimates to have the coils cleaned condenser and evaporator, and the blower wheel pulled and cleaned. Unit was cooling upon departure
