Arrived at our clients home for a system replacement estimate. The system is dedicated to the laundry and master bedroom. Mr Phipps is looking for a standard single stage system. He is unsure how much longer e will be in the home but did not want an estimate for anything higher than a 15 SEER. I created 2 estimates and explained the key differences with both options. He is actively shopping and has another company giving him an estimate later today. I will follow up tomorrow regarding his choice.
