Arrived to preform QC on new unit and also install new supply grilles throughout the home. Once the supply grilles were installed I inspected the unit. Our client had concerns about the outdoor unit not being level after recent rain storm. I was able to secure the concrete pad and level it properly. I also took pictures of the attic unit and showed our client all of the items discussed in the estimate. We will call and schedule her first free maintenance in the fall. We also discussed transferring warranty to the new homeowner when/if she decides to sell her home. The unit is cooling properly on departure.
