Upon arrival, I found unit 4 had a blank thermostat. After further investigation, I found that the emergency drain pan was full of water and the primary drain clogged and incorrectly pitched. I adjusted the drain to the best of my ability to allow a better pitch. My shop vac did not have a long enough cord to remove the water from the pan. I used a bucket and removed the cap off of the emergency pan. This allowed me to remove majority of the water in the pan. I flushed the drain with water and a bit of drain cleaner. The system is fully operational. I could not determine the outdoor unit. Due to the difficult access and the amount of water in the emergency pan, it is going to take longer than normal to clear the drain.
