Arrived to unit not cooling g properly. First went to the indoor unit and verified it was on and running but not actually blowing cool air. I proceeded outside and found that the heat pump was also on a running. I diagnosed the system to be low on refrigerant. I was on but not cooling properly due to a leak somewhere in the system. I went inside and found the indoor coil to be frozen over and showed this to our clients. We began discussing repair vs replacement options. They elected to move forward with a replacement of the heat pump system. We are scheduled to preform the change out on Saturday. I collected a $2,170 deposit.
