Preformed cooling maintenance on single system 2021 Amana heat pump. The client Rick stated that there were no concerns at this time. I began testing the inside units electrical components. All tested within manufacturer specifications. I treated the drain line with total c and changed the filter. Temperature across the indoor coil was 54 degrees supply and 79 return temp. I did see some dust build up on the indoor blower motor. The run amps for the blower motor at within manufacturer specifications. I proceeded to the outside unit where I tested all electrical components along with run and start amps for the the compressor and fan motors. All electrical components tested within manufacturer specifications and run and start amps for the compressor and fan motors were within manufacturer specifications range. I rinsed the outdoor coil with water. I provided an estimate for a blower wheel cleaning. Unit was cooling upon departure
