Arrived on site for quality control check. Initially found unit to be keeping up with set point and homeowner stated all was well and that the system was working great to their knowledge. Started inspection of indoor unit, found unit to be putting out a cold 50 degrees with a 20 degree temperature split. Inspected wiring connections and found no issues. No obstructions of the indoor coil. Tested drain lines and found a small issue with the negative pressure of the unit sucking up water. Added a cap to prevent this from happening. Checked refrigerant pressures and found them to be in range. Outdoor unit is leveled properly. Tested float switch to ensure proper operation of safety features and found no issues. Inspected line set and found it to be free of leaks or kinks. Homeowner has no concerns at this time. Unit is in good working order upon departure.
