Upon arrival, I found that the unit was leaking water. After running diagnostics on the equipment, I found that it was due to the drain being clogged paired with the hot water heater being tied to the drain. This tie in did not have a p trap resulting in it pulling air. This would cause it to be hard for the unit to drain properly. I removed the piping of the hot water heater and cleared the drain. I tested it with a half gallon of water and allowed it time to cycle to ensure proper drainage. The evaporator coil has a bunch of build up and the unit lacks a water safety switch. Customer declined further repairs at this time.
