Arrived on site to perform diagnostic on Lennox unit. Homeowner states that his system wasn’t working when he called in, but he somehow reset it and has been working ever since. Would still like to get it all checked to make sure. Cycled unit for cooling. Checked indoor unit electrical and components. Circuit board appears to be in good working order, no burn or hot spots. Wires in good condition. Temperature split is within range. Checked outdoor unit electrical and components. No error codes on either board. Secondary motor control outdoors is out of range, which was discussed on last maintenance. No other issues found. Went over findings and recommendations. Wants to hold off if unit is working correctly. System is operational upon departure.
