Reviewed humidity issues with Juan. Humidity was measured at 58% throughout the home. I inspected the equipment in the attic and checked all the settings. I found the unit wired for 2 stage operation and set up properly at the thermostat. I found the airflow settings to be correct and set at 2 and 4 for the taps. Outdoor unit was checked to ensure the dip switch 4 was in the on position for accelerated, cooling tested system operation and measured static pressure at the air handler. Found duckwork had areas of excessive leakage. The duckwork was not modified during the installation and is original. It is recommended to seal all duckwork in the attic space.
