Heat Tune Up for Utica Boiler. Made call for heat from thermostat. Checked drum style expansion tank. Measured/checked temperature delta return supply piping and temperature /pressure guage of boiler throughout cycle. Inspected flue and heat exchanger. Verified control/flue damper. Checked aquastat/control/Low water cutoff and circulator. Combustion/draft test: Good. Recommended replacing auto vent. Provided 2 Sri ages. 1 is to replace auto vent. The other is to replace auto vent and purge system. Homeowner periodically purges system himself. Boiler is operating well at the time of this maintenance.
