Maintenance Plan Renewal 2021-2022 Heat Tune up: 70KBTU natural gas furnace. Made call for heat from thermostat. Replaced 16x20x1 Filter Checked gas pressure. Measured hot surface ignitor ohms. Cleaned flame sensor. Measured flame sense circuit. Checked pressure switch and components. Checked all controls, wiring, electric motors and components. Measured temperature rise. Measured static pressure. Both are within manufacturers design specs. Inspection of burners, heat exchanger, flues and ignitor: good. Combustion draft test: Good Furnace is operating well at the time of this maintenance.
